29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: Location - Throughout. On or about 8/15/2024, the employer did not ensure that employees were trained on the purpose of the energy control program as well as hazards associated with lockout/tagout. Lawrence Staffing Services was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1769212, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed a final order on 11/26/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 447 West Lowell Avenue, Haverhill, MA 01835.
