29 CFR  1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a.) 102 Deka Road, Lyon Station, PA - Hazardous Material Transfer Area - On or about February 7, 2025, the emergency shower/eye wash on the Hazardous Materials Unit (HMU) was not immediately available/operational during an incident where an employee was drenched with sulfuric acid.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
