29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(iv) The employer did not ensure that each employee was trained, as necessary by a competent person in the role of each employee in the safety monitoring system where the system was used: a. On or about February 10, 2025, at 6903 Seminole Dr. Belle Isle, FL: employees were exposed to a 9 foot 9 inch fall hazards while taking off shingles and underlayment on a 1.3/12 pitched roof, in that, a fall protection system was not used.
