Violation was observed on or about February 7, 2025  b) Worksite was located at 1625 Lake Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, NJ 08742  Three workers were observed accepting a delivery of lumber from a JLG SkyTrak Telehandler to the third-story of a three-story single-family residence undergoing renovation while not utilizing fall protection.  Violation was observed on or about February 7, 2025  c) Worksite was located at 1625 Lake Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, NJ 08742  Two workers were observed installing frame and bracing on the second-story deck of a three-story single-family residence undergoing renovation while not utilizing fall protection.  Violation was observed on or about February 7, 2025  NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
