(a) Residential construction located at 5636 Cabernet Ln., Flowery Branch, GA 30542, Roof: On or about 02/10/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating a pneumatic framing nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided while operating this tool. The employees were exposed to struck-by hazards which included plastic collated fragments, wood debris, and 2-3/8-inch fasteners.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: (a) Residential construction located at 5636 Cabernet Ln., Flowery Branch, GA 30542, Roof: On or about 02/10/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards while working at eave heights above 20 feet from the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided while installing shingles on a 6/12 pitched roof. Eugenio Juarez Garcia, was previously cited for a violation of this occupation safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1783424, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order date on 11/25/2024, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 167 at 5140 Kongoni Court, Cumming, GA 30041.
