29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   (a) Jobsite, 1359 Venetia Road, Eighty Four, PA 15330:  Observed on or about February 10, 2025, each employee engaged in roofing activities on a steep roof (approximately 6 in 12 vertical to horizontal) of a two-story house and were not protected from falling through the use of guardrail systems, a safety net system or a personal fall arrest system.  The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet to the ground below.  The Incline Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1688474, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on December 29, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1664 McFarland Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15216.

29 CFR  1926.503(b)(1):   The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written (training) certification record including the name or other identity of the employee trained, the date(s) of the training, and the signature of the person who conducted the training or the signature of the employer:   a) Jobsite, 1359 Venetia Road, Eighty Four, PA 15330:  On or about February 10, 2025, employees were replacing a residential roof of a two-story home without wearing fall protection.  The employer did not prepare a written certification record of fall protection training including the name or other identity of the employees trained, the date(s) of the training and the signature of the person who conducted the training or the signature of the employer.  The Incline Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1688474, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on December 29, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1664 McFarland Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15216.
