29 CFR 1926.416(a)(3): The employer began work without determining if employees could contact any part of an energized circuit and did not post warning signs and advise employees of the location of the circuit, hazards, and protective measures they need to take: (a) On or about February 7, 2025, at the jobsite, two temporary employee(s) were working to install HVAC piping using a Hilti powder actuated tool and were not protected from arc flash and/or electrical shock in that the employer began the work without determining what was existing structure or electrical bus ducts.
