29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) a) New single-family residential structure located at 2814 Freshwater Court (Lot #280 Gainesville Township Subdivision), Gainesville, GA 30507, Second level: On or about 02/10/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns and hand tools, in that protective eyewear was not provided while installing residential framing material. Additionally, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards up to approximately to 20-feet 1-inches to the lower ground level, in that the employer did not provide frequent and regular inspections of the worksite to ensure proper eye protection and fall protection measures were utilized.
