29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  (a) In the workshop, on or about February 10, 2025 - The employer did not develop or maintain a written hazard communication program.  Sheet metal laborers used compressed gas during welding, cutting fluids which contained petroleum distillates and Mike O cut No 87 tapping and drilling fluid which contained chlorinated paraffins.

29 CFR  1910.1200(g)(8):  The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical:   (a) In the workshop, on or about February 10, 2025 - The employer did not maintain all the copies of safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical used in the work shop.  Sheet metal laborers used compressed gas during welding, cutting fluids which contained petroleum distillates and Mike O cut No 87 tapping and drilling fluid which contained chlorinated paraffins.

29 CFR  1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check:  (a) In the workshop, on or about February 10, 2025 -  Maintenance checks were not performed on an annual basis on the portable fire extinguishers provided in the workplace. The documented annual certification were tagged April 2023.
