29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body belt was not located in the center of the wearer's back. The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head. a) New residential construction located at 4539 Braselton Hwy, Hoschton, GA, 30045, Roof: On or about 02/10/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 17-ft. to the lower ground level, in that a full body harness with the proper life-line connected to the wearer's back was not provided as only positioning belts were used while engaged in roofing activities on a 14/12 pitched roof.
