29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify, through a written certification, that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed: On or about February 11, 2025, at the establishment located at 5924 County Road R, Denmark, Wisconsin; the employer did not ensure that a Workplace Hazard Assessment was certified for the tasks that require PPE. The employer had assessed the workplace and determined that steel toed shoes, and eye protection were necessary for the safety of employees, but could not provide a signed, written certification of the assessment.
