29 CFR 1910.134(c): The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use: (a) On February 11, 2025, and at times prior thereto, the employer failed to develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use in the production areas at the workplace. The employer allowed employees to wear cartridge respirators in the painting booth without having a written respiratory protection program in place.
