29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee use appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors or potentially injurious light radiation. On or about February 10, 2025, employee engaged in residential framing operations was exposed to eye injury hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns without eye protection. Employer did not ensure that employees that were engaged in framing activities utilizing pneumatic guns were utilizing safety glasses. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure. On or about February 10, 2025, Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet while engaged in residential construction activities. Fall protection was not being utilized while employees were performing framing activities.
