This was demonstrated on April 16, 2025, and at time prior there to when the drinking of water and beverages were inside a regulated area and available for consumption. The employer failed to ensure that employees did not drink in a regulated area.

Protective clothing worn by employees did not include the use of head and foot coverings or gloves while the removal of asbestos-containing materials was occurring.

The decontamination area provided consisted only of the clean area and an area where employees were using a HEPA vacuum for decontamination.
