On or about February 10, 2025, at the worksite located at N2425 West Frontage Road, Kaukauna, Wisconsin; the employer did not ensure than an employee working from a scissors lift was protected from falling to a lower level, exposing an employee to fall hazards in the following instances:  a) An employee stood on the guardrails of a green scissors lift (Frontex FS3820TL). b) An employee sat on the guardrails of an orange scissors lift.
