At a temporary worksite located at 122 Terra Pines Blvd, Lot #2, Saint Augustine, FL, 32092: On or about February 11, 2025, the employer exposed employees of Alvarado Repair & Construction, LLC to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while framing at a residential house.
