Old Lake Wilson Rd. Kissimmee, FL - On or about 01/28/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck by injuries in that, contracted employees were provided Raymond Electric Pallet Jacks, Raymond High Reach and/or Toyota Forklifts with clamp attachment for unloading product pallets from inside trucks to dockside without verifying training.
