29 CFR 1910.29(b)(3):29 CFR 1910.29(b)(3): The employer did not ensure that guardrail systems are capable of withstanding, without failure, a force of at least 200 pounds (890 N) applied in a downward or outward direction within 2 inches (5 cm) of the top edge, at any point along the top rail: a) 440 Katherine Rd, Wind Gap - On or about February 13, 2025, employees perform work tasks near a guarded hole 4 stories above slab on grade concrete , however the guarding was held in place with beam clamps and not able to withstand the required force without failure.
