At 3560 Scarlet Oak Blvd, St Louis, MO, 63122, on February 1, 2025, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to caught between hazards from placing hands near a pinch point between two stripper plates being manipulated by a hoist.   On February 1, 2025 an employee working with the plates and hoist amputated the tip of their left middle finger after getting it caught between two plates.
