Location: Yell-O-Glow Corporation, 21/25 Arlington Street, Chelsea On or about February 13, 2025, employees were exposed to fire and other hazards, where the employer did not ensure to review the employer written emergency action plan with each employee. A well developed emergency plan that covers issues specific to the worksite and proper employee training is required.

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. Location: Yell-O-Glow Corporation, 21/25 Arlington Street, Chelsea @ forklift battery charging stations. On or about February 13, 2025, employees were exposed to caustic battery acid hazards, where the employer did not provide facilities for quick flushing of the eyes and body within the immediate area of the forklift battery charging area.
