29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. On or about February 8, 2025, an employee was replacing conduit on a power disconnect when he was shocked by a ground wire, the employee was hospitalized without the employer reporting the incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours.
