29 CFR 1910.106(d)(5)(iii): Storage of chemicals required and used for maintenance and operation of building and operation of equipment was not kept in closed metal containers stored in a storage cabinet or in safety cans or in an inside storage room not having a door that opens into that portion of the building used by the public:  Engine bay next to bay doors: On or about February 13, 2025, and at times prior thereto, four cans of WD-40, one can of Mac's 7212 starting fluid, and one can of O'Reilly's Brake cleaner, were stored on open shelves outside of a closed metal container or storage cabinet. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to fire hazard(s).

29 CFR 1910.334(a)(2)(i): Portable cord and plug connected equipment and flexible cord sets (extension cords) were not visually inspected before use on any shift for external defects (such as loose parts, deformed and missing pins, or damage to outer jacket or insulation) and for evidence of possible internal damage (such as pinched or crushed outer jacket):  Engine Bay: On or about February 13, 2025, and at times prior thereto, the flexible cord on the Craftsman 150 PSI air compressor was not visually inspected prior to use.
