An employee operating a TIMESAVERS 3100 Finishing Machine and performing welding activities throughout their shift was exposed to noise levels equivalent to an 8 hour TWA of 89.8 dBA, exceeding the OSHA Action Level of 85.0 dBA for an 8 hour TWA. The sampling time was 423 minutes. Zero exposures were assumed for all unsampled time periods.   Violation noted on April 29, 2025.
