29 CFR 1926.153(l): LP-Gas storage locations were not provided with at least one approved portable fire extinguisher having a rating of not less than 20B:C: a) On or about 2/7/2025, at the south side of the building area of the site, Lockport, NY. A 500-gallon propane tank, that was used for temporary heating, was not provided with at least one portable fire extinguisher. One fire extinguisher was available in the field trailer, however, no signage was posted to show the location of fire extinguisher when it was needed. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
