Palm Beach FL.33480, the employer did not ensure employees installing roofing tiles on a residential roof and exposed to approximately 15 feet fall hazard were provided with a means of fall protection.

Palm Beach FL 33480, the employer did not ensure that employees working on a roof approximately 15 feet above the lower level had been trained to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. The employees were observed working on the roof without fall protection on.
