A) MFA Roofing, LLC. - 1555 Miriam Dr., N. Brunswick, NJ 08902 -Employees were exposed to fall hazards approximately 23 feet above ground level while unloading bundles of roofing shingles onto a residential roof. They were wearing personal fall arrest systems (PFAs) but were not secured to an anchor point. Occurred February 19, 2025
