29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: a) Worksite, training office: On or about February 18, 2025, the employer did not ensure the light switch cover plate was installed after the room was painted. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards when they turn light on/off. b) Worksite, training office: On or about February 18, 2025, the employer did not ensure the unused outlet cover plate was installed after the room was painted. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards when they placed item adjacent to unused outlet.
