Chemical Storage Area, Anoplate Corporation, 400 Pulaski Street, Syracuse, NY, 13204, on or about 2/18/2025; Employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to, sulfuric acid, and were not trained in specific procedures to protect themselves from hazards associated with mixing incompatible chemicals. Abatement certification is required.
