29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) The Gun Range, LLC located at or near 542 North Percy Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123 - On or about February 19, 2025, the employer did not maintain the top surface from which foodstuffs were consumed at the gun counter and computer counters as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. Two surface wipe samples detected 33.371 and 14.698 micrograms of lead from the gun counter and computer counter surfaces, respectfully.
