29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6): Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and be distinctive in color: a) On or about February 19, 2025, at the Gourmet Gallery, Deli Area's Back Door, the emergency exit light was inoperative exposing employees to possible entrapment during a fire. NOTE: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.
