29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): Electrical equipment was not free of damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating: a.) Goodwill Industries of Ashtabula, Inc. dba Goodwill Titusville PA, back storage room - On or about 2/19/25, and at times prior thereto, an electrical panel box, containing breakers for electrical circuits including, but not limited to, overhead lights was damaged in that, the front panel for the box was not secured properly on the right side of the box creating a gap between the front panel and the box. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
