At a temporary worksite, located at 12704 Geronimo Place Lot 1 Hansen Creek Jacksonville FL: On or about February 20, 2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that protective eyewear was not utilized by employees while using an electrical saws, pry bars and nail guns for framing work.
