Specialty Finishes LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.107(g)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1663985, citation number1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07-25-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 5555 N. Channel Ave, PORTLAND, OR 97217, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA .  Per OSHA Instruction CPL 02-00-162 Shipyard Employment "Tool Bag" Directive - Effective 5/22/2019: 29 CFR 1910.107(g)(2) is applicable in the ship building and repair industry.
