29 CFR 1910.305(j)(1)(i): Fixtures, lampholders, lamps, rosettes, and receptacles may have no live parts normally exposed to employee contact. However, rosettes and cleat-type lampholders and receptacles located at least 2.44 m (8.0 ft) above the floor may have exposed terminals: a) On or about February 20, 2025, at the Elysian Beach Resort, Laundry Receiving Area, there was one electrical receptacle (light switch) with a missing cover and wires exposed. This condition exposed employees to electrical hazards. NOTE: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.

29 CFR 1910.304(b)(3)(i): All 125-volt, single-phase, 15- and 20-ampere receptacles installed in wet locations were not equipped with ground-fault circuit-interrupter protection for personnel. a) On or about February 20, 2025, at the Elysian Beach Resort, near kitchen sink in the Break Room, the employer did not ensure that an electrical receptacle was equipped with ground-fault circuit-interrupter (GFCI) protection, exposing employees to electrical hazards. NOTE: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.
