29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a) Danco Precision, Inc - Warehouse - 601 Wheatland St. Phoenixville, PA 19460 - On or about February 18, 2025, the employer failed to ensure that employees working on lathes were protected from the point of operation by neglecting to add a machine guard, exposing employees to flying debris and entanglement hazards.  b) Danco Precision, Inc - Warehouse - 601 Wheatland St. Phoenixville, PA 19460 - On or about February 18, 2025, the employer failed to ensure that employees working on saws in the warehouse were protected from the point of operation by neglecting to add machine guards, exposing employees to laceration and amputation hazards.  c) Danco Precision, Inc - Warehouse - 601 Wheatland St. Phoenixville, PA 19460 - On or about February 18, 2025, the employer failed to ensure that employees working on drill presses and mills in the warehouse were protected from the point of operation by neglecting to add machine guards, exposing employees to laceration and amputation hazards.
