Location: a) Roadway outside of 3009 Glenwood Road:  On or about February 18, 2025, a knuckle boom crane was used to transfer materials from a flatbed truck to the roof of a building. The crane's outrigger on the road side was not extended. During the transfer process, the crane overturned due to instability. Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards.
