Employee(s) were using a bench grinder that had the tongue guard adjusted to opening larger than one fourth inch.

Sufficient access and working space shall be provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment.  Employee(s) are exposed to fire hazards. This was documented on or about February 20, 2025, at 5535 Arbor Rd, Lincoln, Nebraska. Access to the electrical panel was restricted in that the storage material and equipment were directly in front of the electrical panel blocking access.
