29 CFR 1910.23(b)(13): The employer did not ensure that no employee carries any object or load that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall while climbing up or down the ladder. a) On or about February 12, 2025, in the Automotive Care Center (ACC), the employer failed to ensure that employees did not carry automobile tires up or down a mobile ladder stand. An employee was hospitalized after falling down the stairs of a mobile ladder stand while carrying a tire.
