29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special hand tools for placing and removing material did not permit easy handling of material as required and/or such tools were used in lieu of other guarding required by 29 CFR 1910.212: On or around January 30, 2025, an employee used an unapproved T-handle tool for clearing bacon jams from the operating Bacon 1 Slicer & Shuttle Conveyor (Model MH29831, Serial B62923) in the South Raw Precut Bacon Slicer area, exposing an employee to an amputation hazard.
