29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) On or about February 21, 2025, at the jobsite located at 2640 S. Bayshore Drive, Miami, FL 33133, an employee who worked with hazardous chemicals was not effectively trained and informed as evidenced by, among other conditions; employee lacked knowledge of availability and location of safety data sheets and the employer's hazard communication program; employee lacked knowledge of the hazards presented by chemicals used.
