29 CFR  1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use:  On or about February 20, 2025, employees working at the Social Security Administration office located at 1750 McGilchrist St #110, Salem, OR 97302 were exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to Windex Window Cleaner, Spartan Damp Mop Floor Cleaner, Folex Carpet Stain Remover, Comet Deodorizing Cleanser, Stainless Steel Cleaner and Polish, NABC Disinfectant, Clorox Disinfecting Wipes, Purell Hand Sanitizer Gel, and Lysol Disinfecting spray, which are skin and eye irritants. Employees were exposed to these hazards because the employer did not make safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical readily accessible during each work shift.
