29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: On or about February 21, 2025, employees working at the FAA office building located at 28833 Douglas Dr, Eugene, Oregon were exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to acetylene, cyanoacrylate, aero duster, blue shower cleaner, dap 33, diesel, Elmer's ultimate glue, epoxy resin, which are skin, respiratory, and eye irritants, potential carcinogens, . Employees were exposed to these hazards because the employer did not maintain the most current version of the SDS provided by the manufacturer.
