29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1): Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o). a) Jobsite - 5013 Grays Ferry Ave., Philadelphia PA: On or about February 20, 2025, the employer did not ensure that the exposed parts of the pulley system on a Sharp Turret Milling Machine located in the production area, were properly guarded. Employees were exposed to amputation hazards while working on a machine with an exposed drive belt and pulley.
