29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. a) New commercial construction located on 4020 Harwood Road, Flowery Branch, GA 30542: On or about 02/24/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 35-feet to the lower ground level, in that the top platform of the scaffold was not provided with a complete guard rail system, the employee was engaged in masonry activities working from a tubular welded scaffold system.
