29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent: (a) 130 NJ-10, East Hanover, NJ 07936 Employer did not have signs posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit in the back storage and receiving area exposing employees to fire hazards. Violation occurred on February 25, 2025 Target Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1637953, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on March 6, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 170 Promenade Blvd, Flowood, MS 39232.
