At the production area: at a site located at 313 B Business Drive Ormond Beach FL,32174, On or about February 13, 2025, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards, in that a JZSY Model MS1832 meat slicing machine did not have a guard while employees were performing meat cutting work.
