29 CFR 1910.9(b): Training on hazards and related matters such as standards requiring employees receive training or that the employer train employees, provide training to employees, or institute or implement a training program, were not provided by the employer to each affected employee in the manner required by the standard. On or about February 12, 2025, the employer did not adequately train an employee on the methods of machine guarding provided to protect the operator from machine hazards created by the point of operation of the Accurpress, Model 710012, Serial No. 1030T Hydraulic Press Brake Machine.
