Dothan, AL: On or about February 21, 2025, and at times prior, the employer failed to ensure that employees removing and replacing skylights were protected from falls, exposing employees to a fall hazard of up to 20 feet to ground.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): A training program was not provided to each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards, to enable that employee to recognize the hazards of falling, and be trained in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards: a) 534 Cowarts Rd. Dothan, AL. On or about February 21, 2025, and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without first ensuring his crew was trained on the hazards associated with falls including but not limited to setting up and inspecting fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 20 feet to the ground below.
