29 CFR 1926.59:  An employer engaged in construction activities did not comply with the requirements set forth in Part 1910, Section 1200, Hazard Communication:   29 CFR  1910.1200(g)(8):   The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s)   a) New commercial construction site located at 3449 Winder Highway Flowery Branch, GA 30542: On or about 02/25/2025,  the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards in-that Safety data sheets (SDS) were not available onsite. Additionally, the employer did not maintain SDS for chemicals observed on-hand including but not limited to Propane, WD-40, Loctite Polyurethane roof & flashing sealant, & welding rods.

29 CFR 1926.59:  An employer engaged in construction activities did not comply with the requirements set forth in Part 1910, Section 1200, Hazard Communication:   29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:   b) New commercial construction site located at 3449 Winder Highway Flowery Branch, GA 30542: On or about 02/25/2025, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards in-that  effective chemical training was provided to employees using chemicals including but not limited to Propane, WD-40, Loctite Polyurethane roof & flashing sealant, & welding rods.
