Employees were performing roofing approximately 30 feet above ground level without the use of a fall protection systems.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Jobsite at or near 2000 Griffith Street, Philadelphia, PA - On or about February 26, 2025, the employer did not provide fall protection training to employees who were exposed to fall hazards. Employees were performing roofing activities from heights greater than 6 feet without being trained on fall protection, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
